1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FITFIEND A.I. ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use FITFIEND A.I.

2. Description of Service

FITFIEND A.I. is an AI fitness coaching application available on iOS and Android. During early access, the app may be available without charge. Subscription billing will be managed through the App Store and Google Play when it launches. The App provides:

• AI-generated workout programs and coaching
• Smart nutrition logging and macro tracking
• Progress tracking and analytics
• An offline-capable fitness knowledge base

3. Subscriptions & Billing

When subscription billing is active, FITFIEND A.I. may offer a 30-day free trial for new subscribers, followed by a recurring subscription at $19.99 per month. Until billing ships, current builds may be available without charge during early access. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), not directly by us.

• When subscription billing launches, introductory offers will be managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Each store account is typically eligible for one introductory offer per subscription.
• When billing is active, you may cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings before renewal to avoid being charged.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store through which you subscribed.

Trial eligibility is enforced by Apple and Google at the platform level, tied to your store account and payment method. Creating duplicate accounts to obtain additional trials violates our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension. We may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to circumvent subscription or trial requirements.

4. User Accounts

You may use FITFIEND A.I. without creating an account (local-only mode). If you create an account for cloud sync:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FITFIEND A.I. to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the App's infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute App content without permission
• Attempt to obtain multiple free trials through duplicate accounts or other abuse
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

FITFIEND A.I. and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FITFIEND A.I. and its creators. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your workout data, nutrition logs, and progress records remain your property. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you create within the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

FITFIEND A.I. is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

In no event shall FITFIEND A.I., its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any physical injury resulting from exercise or nutrition advice.

The AI coaching features provide general guidance only and are not a substitute for professional medical, fitness, or nutritional advice. Use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training or diet.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to FITFIEND A.I. immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may terminate your account at any time from app settings. Upon termination, your local data remains on your device. Cloud-synced data will be deleted upon request.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use of FITFIEND A.I. after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
